Do your garments require special care?

Each garment is unique, requiring its own specific care instructions. To find the care instructions for your items make sure to look in the description section of each garment. 

Where can I find product sizing information?

Fit is so important, which is why we have specific sizing information in the description of each individual garment. 

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Shop pay, Google pay, and Paypal, along with credit cards. Discount codes may also be applied at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! For those local to the Detroit area, we also offer local delivery. Contact damadetroit@gmail.com to find out if you’re within delivery range. 

When will my products ship?

Shipping times vary based on your location.

For domestic orders - Orders are packaged and shipped out within 1- 2 business days. Standard shipping length is 3 to 7 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS. The shipping fee varies based upon weight. 

For international orders - Orders are packaged and shipped out within 1- 2 business days  Standard shipping length varies depending on your location. Orders will ship via USPS and shipping fee varies based upon weight and shipping location.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will be sent an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. 

Is a signature required upon delivery?

No signature is required upon delivery. 

What if there’s a problem with my order?

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 business days. Proof of purchase must be provided. Please contact us at damadetroit@gmail.com to arrange for shipping. Returns for clothing where care instructions were not followed will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item, unless the item is damaged or defective. Items that are damaged due to not following care instructions will NOT be accepted.

Once we have received your item(s) your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. 

If you were issued a refund and don’t see it in your account, please allow time for your bank to process the transaction. We also recommend contacting your financial institution, they will be able to provide more information about the status of your refund. 

If you’ve taken these steps and still have not received your refund please contact damadetroit@gmail.com so we can assist you further. 

Can I make an exchange?

Exchanges can be made for the same item due to sizing issues. Please send us an email at damadetroit@gmail.com. 

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Do you offer wholesale orders? 

We love working with local boutiques. Want Dáma Detroit featured in your store? Please send us an email at damadetroit@gmail.com. All inquiries will be answered within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday.
